Individual Nutritional Consult [60 minutes $75]
Nutrition consults are modified to each
individual’s needs. Nutrition sessions can be
focused on (but not limited to) ways to improve
blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood
sugar levels and can help promote a healthy
weight and to teach us all how to maintain that
weight. Being healthy is one of the best ways
to prevent and control certain disease states.
Family Consult [90 minutes $100]
Family consults are meant to help family members work on improving overall health of
all members in the house. Since families tend to eat the same foods it is important to
get everyone on board in making healthy dietary and lifestyle changes that will benefit
the whole family. Family consults can focus around one specific issue i.e. food allergies,
picky eaters or they can work on improving a broader issue of overall health.
Follow-up Appts (for established Clients) [30 minutes- $50] [60 minutes- $75]
Follow-up appointments will re-emphasize information given in the initial or family
consult, reviewing material as needed and then going more in depth as each
client/families needs determine. Follow-up appointments are meant to provide support,
clarify issues and continue to educate clients.
Group Classes (1 hr class)( price varies)
Group classes will be offered throughout the year on varying topics i.e. different disease
states, holiday issues, weight management, current nutrition topics. Suggestions on
topics are welcome.

Barbara is a registered and
licensed dietitian/nutritionist.
Barbara is certified in Adult
Weight Management, a member
of the American Dietetic
Association and Massachusetts
Dietetic Association. A member
of the Sports, Cardiovascular
and Nutrition Practice Group and
Group. She is also member to
Fitbricks a local triatholon
training company as well as
assistant coach.
Barbara’s passion is helping
people find health through
lifestyle changes; incorporating
changes that will last a lifetime
and are not just a quick fix. To
help people properly fuel their
activity (at all levels) and be able
to succeed in their personal
goals while eating appropriately.
Eating is a basic need, learning
to eat appropriately and
promoting overall health and
wellness is the goal that can last
a lifetime.
Barbara is an avid exercise
enthusiast, having played
basketball in high school and
some college. In the past couple
of years Barbara has competed
in several sprint distance
triathlons and has help coach
others in completing triathlons.
Barbara enjoys being with her
family and friends. Many
weekends you can find her
cheering her daughter on at one
of her equestrian competitions.
Barbara’s favorite food is
chocolate but she tries very hard
to practice what she preaches.
